Our Story

Food grown close,
cooked with care.

Ember & Oak started as a single table in a borrowed kitchen. We wanted to prove that fine-casual didn't have to mean precious — that you could have impeccable technique and a room where people actually stayed for dessert.

We source from farms within sixty miles, change the menu with the seasons, and believe the best meal you'll have this year should feel like the most natural thing in the world.
