Agreement to Terms
By accessing patrioticwebsites.com or engaging CyberPatriot for web design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
CyberPatriot is operated by Frederick Brehm ("Service Provider," "we," "us") based in Martinsburg, WV.
Services
CyberPatriot provides done-for-you web design services. Our packages are:
- Starter ($199) — Industry-matched design, branding applied, up to 3 content sections, contact form. Delivered within 5 business days.
- Standard ($349) — Full content written in, stock photos sourced. Delivered within 7 business days.
- Premium ($599) — Everything in Standard plus custom layout, hosting setup, and domain assistance. Delivered within 9 business days.
Service descriptions are for general guidance. Final project scope will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payment & Refunds
Payment
- Full payment is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing
- We accept: Stripe and Venmo
- All prices are in US dollars
Refunds
- Cancellation before work begins — full refund
- Cancellation after work begins — partial refund at our discretion based on work completed
- No refunds after final files have been delivered and approved
Client Responsibilities
To keep your project on schedule, you agree to:
- Provide your logo, brand colors, and content within 1 business day of project start
- Respond to review requests within 1 business day
- Ensure you hold rights to all content (text, images, logos) you provide
- Provide accurate business information for use on your website
Delays caused by late client responses may extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
Revisions
- Starter: 1 round of revisions included
- Standard: 2 rounds of revisions included
- Premium: 2 rounds of revisions included
Additional revision rounds are available at $100 per round. One revision round means one set of consolidated feedback, not multiple back-and-forth exchanges.
Intellectual Property
Your ownership
Upon receipt of full payment, you own the delivered website files outright. You may use, modify, host, and distribute the files for your business without restriction.
Our portfolio rights
We retain the right to display your completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.
Third-party assets
Stock photos sourced for your project are licensed for your business use. Fonts, icons, and other third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CyberPatriot's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits resulting from your website
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
- Issues arising from third-party hosting, domain registrars, or services
- Website downtime caused by hosting providers
- Search engine rankings or marketing results
Warranties & Disclaimers
We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. We do not warrant that your website will achieve specific business results, search engine rankings, or a particular number of customers.
Services are provided "as is" without warranty beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.
Turnaround Times
Stated delivery timelines begin when we have received full payment and all required client materials (logo, content, colors). We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but do not guarantee delivery by a specific date. If we anticipate a significant delay we will notify you promptly.
Confidentiality
We will keep your business information, project details, and any materials you share with us confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as necessary to complete your project.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be invoiced for work completed to date. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for any client who is abusive, unresponsive for more than 7 days, or requests illegal content.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of West Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berkeley County, West Virginia.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
